The headlight restoration service rendered to this Mercedes Benze CLK500 came out spectacular. As the clip shows the foggy cloudy headlights aged the looks of the car. The customer from Hollywood Forth Lauderdale area Florida called us Fixmyheadlights.com after seeing some of our work on the internet. The end result was they were very satisified because their Mercedes looked beautiful again. The headlights restoraton made her headlights look like new which resulted in an improved look of her car.
It does not matter what type of car you have once the headlight are poly carbonated plastic the headlights will start to oxide after 2 to 3 years and the sunshine state is more prone to headlights oxidation. The oxidize headlights goes through different stages. So your headlights will go from hazy to cloudy then foggy then yellow then white after the white stage this is where it starts to etch into the headlight lense and starts to get like bathroom scale.
The step of oxidation to your headlights:
First a light line will start to appear on the top of the headlights where the rain water drips on the headlights. Then the UV ray from the sun start to tear the manufacturers seal on your headlight. Because nobody takes the time to clean their headlights the debis from the road, bugs, bird droppings and other elements start like a cancer to eat away the seal on yur headlights. By the way pebbles from traffic also play havoc on your headlights as well. They make stone bruises on your headlights which locks in all the other elements as mention before.
The solution RESTORE your headlights. There is no need to replace your headlights. Reason Is because it's only the outer surface need to be addressed and repair. Simply cleaning the headlights will not solve the problem. The correct way to clean repair or fix your headlights is to restore it yourself by using a good quality headlight restoration kit or calling in a professional headlight restoration service to do it.

  • @pr9nkaholic

Thank you for the advice. I will use it in the future

By the way You can get the headlight restoration kit to make your headlights like new condition again at FixMyHeadlights com

  • This Guy does do a good job though but for the $50 Dollars each is just not worth it for my car as the new factory headlight len's are only 26.00 or 33,00 Each brand new lol. : P

  • @200twistatwista

It makes perfect sense to buy the new ones at thet price. But the price of most cars the headlights and way more expensive which makes headlight restoration a perfect solution. Remember headlight restoration is an alternative to replacement.

  • Haha My old headlights Had the reflective shield burnt away from halogens : P

I use HID And LEDS on my camry I am very green but I would not reuse my headlights I would buy aftermarket ones : P over time the road debries Cracks them

And rocks do you can not restore cracks : ) I just get new ones after a few years every 3 years or so I will buy new headlights : P And yes I do make good money However this is great for cars that can not have replacement headlights as an option : P

  • @200twistatwista

You are right, if your headlight are cracked or broken then headlight restoration is not your solution. In that case I would agree Headlight replacement is your best bet. However is they are just oxidized then headlight restoration is your best alternative.

  • @200twistatwista what do you drive a ford tempo or something...The headlights for a mercedes cost alot.

  • that's what she said

  • Just use car polish on them. Quick and easy and cheap and works!

  • @iKnifeU123 Its just normal fine wet sand paper

  • @200twistatwista I dont know what kind of car you have, but OEM headlights are EXPENSIVE. A few hundred bucks a piece. If you get cheap aftermarket, then yes, they will be cheaper. But I highly doubt your headlights cost 26 bucks.

  • what type of sandi papper u using???

  • Ok Y does this process not show the buffing process? If you are gonna sell something it must be a step by step demonstration or you are just making money off of clients? No where in this video did I see you using a scratch remover compound? You did wet sand which leaves sanding marks.

  • I'll try the sand papers.. thanks!!! hope it workssssss ughhhhhh clk500 2004

  • But mine has the haze on the INSIDE UGHHHH can you fix that?
