You've never dealt with scanned PDF files, have you? You have proved EXACTLY nothing. When you scan a document in, it gets ripped apart in unholy ways, exactly as you illustrate. Letters drop out of words and lines disappear, etc. Nothing makes any sense or looks the least bit logical. You can flatten all the layers and reexport it, yes, but that would amount to image manipulation which you would pounce upon instead. Just admit that you will never accept any proof whatsoever.

@ColonelKernel - Your a funny guy. I owned for several years E-Filing Solution Inc. I have performed countless paper 2 pixel solutions for BP, Conoco-Phillips and many more.

Your 100% incorrect if you scan a document you will not end up with layers and groupings in this fashion. Your obviously talking a long way outside of your knowledge base. OCR was not enabled on this document and the layers are from photo manipulation not Scanning.

Illustrator does that to any PDF you pull into it. Even national review disproved this claim. Also a birther tried creating a photoshop document, created multiple layers etc then pulled it into illustrator totally different result for something that was actually photoshopped. The way an image is compressed creates different layers using an algorithm. Each layer is optimized to save space. Black & White, monochromatic, color gets separated.

Just try it yourself, guys. Take any colored/textured page from an old magazine and scan it to PDF with your big-ass office printer/scanner/xerox *and* OCR and layout detection enabled. You will see comparable chaotic layering and letter scattering.

It's an easy enough experiment. Try it. Any color scan with text content will look doctored that way. It's the OCR software trying to make sense of the background noise.

You guys are going to debate whether the certificate is real and yet everyone is just bickering over the evidence. People are easily distracted. Even if someone could prove 100% without the shadow of a doubt that Obummer is not an American citizen, what is anyone gonna do about it? Probably nothing.
