  • 11:16 I tried to contact the BBC to obtain a copy of that song and It has proven itself to be an impossible task. The BBC is unreachable and can't be contacted. It's a bigger and more complicated bureaucracy than the government and they don't deal with individuals. It would be easier to get that song from North Korea than from the BBC. I couldn't find phone numbers and my emails were never answered. FU BBC !!!!!

  • @MrUniversityplace The only rights North Korean citizens have is to subdue themselves to the Kim regime. Internet is illegal, looking a foreigner in the eye is illegal, listening to South Korean radio is illegal... the list goes on. Punishment for doing any of those activities will earn you a spot in front of a firing squad, or 10-20 years in a forced labor camp. They purge 3 generations for these types of crimes... If you think these people have rights, you need to set the crack pipe down

  • love how the video is out of sync, but otherwise great documentary

  • 12:03 to 12:07, you can hear that they cut out a part.

  • Really good and interesting documentary.

  • out of sync...fucking dopes

  • "...they would educate me more." Translation: "...they would brainwash me more."

  • you can buy a recording in nk or perhaps china

  • In a Socialist society you give up everything, there is no such thing as personal gain. Things like wealth and social status do not exist. Everything is done for the advancement of society as a whole. You are no longer an "Individual", just another part of the Socialist revolution. I feel as though this eliminates many problems that you would normally find in a Capitalist system, but at the same time it creates other problems... and deprives people of their basic rights as a human being.
