PoFV - Tropsy (Shikieki) vs TMN (Lunasa)

Intercontinental netplay match with Tropsy aka konakona, me in NA and him in Europe. While somewhat laggy, the game's certainly playable with the new netplay patch. This particular one was laggier than others though, and recording's slow too. Too bad your chance of successfully saving a rep is below 40%.

Just put the exe file in PoFV folder and run the game with it instead of the original executable.

Added: There's a better way of playing PoFV online now. Grab http://www.sendspace.com/file/2ip8cp , put everything in PoFV folder and run the .exe.

How do you get Lunasa and Merlin? And I have no idea how to use the patch.

You need to beat extra with Shikieiki to unlock Lunasa and Merlin. I ended up just downloading score file for it. For patching, grab the patch file at ZUN's site, run it and direct it to PoFV folder when it asks.

Oh damn... Extra Mode owns me xD.

Also, I got the patch and put it in the folder. But when I try running kaei_netpatch, it only opens the game up normally. And some caution screen comes up that I can't read.

That's normal. kaei_netpatch does some hax when running the game which makes the default netplay not suck as much. I'd recommend using adonis (netplay application) once you get the game to 1.50 though.
