Fifteen Minutes in India - the Dalai Lama in 1960, India.
A film made in New Delhi in 1960 called "Fifteen Minutes in India" where the Dalai Lama is interviewed by Prince Panu of Thailand. The ten minute interview excerpted here is the essential part and is probably the first time it's ever been seen since then. The Dalai Lama shares his feelings and wishes in the wake of his escape from Tibet and the atrocities done to his people under Chinese occupation.

Wow, what difference 40 years makes in the way things like this get translated into English. No wonder people thought Buddhists worship Buddha with the way everybody else's cultures get translated into something the English speaking Christians can (mis)undestand.
I am proud to be a small part of this Non-Theist Tradition and especially proud of the Practice, the only part that really matters.
