u need to change the clutch is slipping and worn out
-
your problem is a combo of weak engine and gearing. Your pipe doesnt give enough torque either as its build to give top rpm and nothing on the bottom.
You should try the 3 gearing alternative since the gearing you currently have is too high. As easy as cake.

Hi, dont know if you solved your problem, but
you should always put the smaller gear connecting to the larger.
Very important :
from clutch :small
shaft with two gears
the one connecting to the clutch : large
(otherwise you will get a smoking clutch, append to me )
those 2 others depends on what top speed you want.
the other (in Back) small
the on one the brake shaft : large

Yep, fixed the problem it turned out to be the gearing. I had it geared to high, I switched if from a Baja1000 to the MT and didnt change the gearing. I will leave the video up just incase anybody else has the same problem.
