*Description:
The co-existence and co-prosperity of humankind largely depend on the endeavors of nation states to promote mutual understanding and build trust in one another. In particular, enhancing understanding on different traditions and cultures through the exchange of human resources may serve as a shortcut to resolving and preventing conflicts. In this session, foreign Ambassadors to Korea will take turns in identifying and reviewing current issues of human resources development, and discuss viable solutions for common challenges through the exchange of global talents. The session will also allow venue for the Ambassadors to provide answers and insights to Korean youths attending the discussion, on various subjects of international interest.
I never thought of HR in the context of the world. It's interesting to think of HR from an international perspective.
