The Hanged Man was a 1975 British TV series starring the late Colin Blakely.
The music was composed by Alan Tew and unusually a soundtrack album was made of the TV music from the series. Subsequently much of the music from the soundtrack has also been used or reworked for other TV series and themes including The Two Ronnies , The Sweeney , The People`s Court (USA).

The music is FAR, far more exciting than the tv series (The Hanged Man) it was used on.

LOL, this was also used 4 "The People's Court Show" in the US. I always thought they hand that music specially made for that show, lol. You learn something new everyday. Nice post!
