  • I was wondering if form a 1-10 average, how much they hurt.

Ia m really scared of them hurting because I am getting them in 1 month! I am very sensitive and hope they don't hurt as bad as I imagine them hurting.

  • They really don't hurt very much. My first set of trays were probably the most painful and that was about a 4 or a 5. It was more annoying than painful really.

Now when I change aligners they're just kinda tight, not really all that painful at all.

  • wow big difference already. I see a hugh change in just what a few weeks.

  • Also those mini wisps work pretty well. I had 17 trays on the bottom and I think 11 or 13 on my top, mine I switched out every 2 weeks. After I finished my set I wore them every night only, then got lazy and haven't worn them in a few weeks. Put them in today and omg do they hurt! Your teeth will start shifting quick if you dont wear them for a while. I was very anal about wearing them in the beginning and slacked a little more towards the end. Good video on them.

  • I havent watched your 2nd video yet but I am finished with my last tray and they sent off new impressions to see if mine can move further. I think I'll make a video on mine. Once you get the attachments (mine went on the first day) and hurt bad and makes it harder when you switch trays because u have to pop them over. Benefit of invisalign I found is you cant bite your nails anymore, which was my bad habit that is now gone. I just carry a small pouch with a full size tooth brush & mini paste
