What a retard this Meeks is. All the money in the world will not make a difference in these schools that are located in self-created shitholes. Money will not help students that have a pathetic home life. The good Rev. should protest black males who routinely leave their families to knock up other women. The fact that 71% of black babies are born bastards, speaks volumes of how pathetic most black men are. If they grew up and raised their family, their children wouldn't be semi-literate.

I won't leave you hangin! How do you get right with God you ask? Tell Jesus you're sorry for doing wrong, and ask Him to come into your heart. Ask Him to forgive you of your sins. Mean it from the bottom of your heart. This isn't a game, so if you playin, you'll be punished even harder. You need to start living right...seek that Holy life you hear about. Ask God to do it, & He will. He's that faithful. If it weren't for Jesus, we would be wiped off the earth anytime we sinned! Gods real!

A bit higher. The mean IQ in Africa is (generously) around 70. Zimbabwe has a mean IQ of 66 - look it up. But that's only the ones that show up for the test. So maybe you're right.
