Tabby Cat talking mumbling to Squirrel? Bird? Tree outside window with keen facial expression

My very vocal orange tabby cat staring at the tree, then mumbling to 'some object" (at 00:18 seconds). SHe then jumped down the cat tree while my other cat got curious.

Her facial expression is hilarious!
