Looks like another snot-nosed punk that needs to put down the crack pipe. That was one of the most ignorant comments I've ever seen. More proof that the internet breeds morons.

@fuzter2007 Nice try buddy. People like you will never have a clue. Modern cars are nice for what they are but they will never even come close to having what the old cars do. I have spent my entire life around cars and I guarantee that I have forgotten more about these cars than you will ever know. If you only had a clue how ignorant you come across to people who know cars by saying crap like that. How old are you, 16?

That would be Sublime green, my friend. Other colors were Petty blue, Competition Orange Plum Crazy, (Purple), Blackest black, Yellow (forget the name), Polar white and a few metallic colors as well. They were very advanced for 1970, vented front fenders that actually generated down force, adjustable pitch wing, same reason, and a drag coefficient of .28, better than most modern super cars. Even the Veyron and Enzo are .38 and .36 respectively.

@fuzter2007 the only reason the newer muscler cars are safer than the older one is people like you that cant drive for damit. lets face it you live a a huge city with lots of people and i live in a small town of only 500 people and i own a 1972 plymouth roadrunner and 1966 satelite and i can drive those cars around and as fast i want to without the nervous feeling that someone is gonna be stupid and run into me or pull out in front of me. lets face it the big city people cant drive.

Nice to see a video of a Superbird doing what it was built for, being driven hard, not sitting in some rich douchebag's garage gathering dust as an "investment".

Cars before 1980's are REAL CARS.
Whenever i see Superbird it feels so unreal.

My husband and I also own a lime green bird 440 6 pak. He drives it like it should be driven...gas on. I'm easy on it when I drive it. We have had it since 1990

@majordave223 I agree 100% with everything you said. Unfortunately, the car manufacturers are mandated by Washington to put that emissions crap and other shit. I'd like me some REAL steel with a 4 barrel carb. Whatever happened to Free Enterprise?
Do you know what happened to this bird?

@Bongo2k Last I heard, the car went to Texas and was being restored. I still have the VIN number to the car.

@OneBadSuperbird so do you own or plan to get it back?

@Xx75racer75xX I still have both of my Superbirds. I know both of the last two owners of the car in this video. The one friend sold it to the other in 1985 and that friend passed away in 1990. The family kept the car til about five years ago. VIN is RM23V0A167052 if anyone sees the car around anywhere, the first owner may be interested in getting the car back.
