This is my first hooping video. I know I have a long way to go but I just wanted to show the progression from only waist hooping nine months ago! It was hoopingmad's taster day that did it for me! From that day I got the hooping bug!
Race for life was coming up! Would I be able to do it waist hooping the whole 5k? Well with encouragement from Kim @ energisedperformance & a lot of practice I did it!
When Emma's beginner's class started in September I was there. I found this so enjoyable learning new moves each week & trying to master them by the following week.
Making this video has been a challenge! It has also whetted my appetite to train harder & make a better video at a later date..
