What's the story?
I've been working with digital motion sensing cameras for a while and sometimes mount them outside the building for security purposes. This helps a lot when I'm out of town because it weeds out false alarms.
Well, my latest installation is in a small office/industrial park where I work on some engineering projects. I recently (within a week) setup a system that videos the parking lot in front of the entry door and 12' overhead bay door.
My trailer with a fixer upper car loaded can be seen but I haven't finished configuring the system.
The computer that manages the camera draws a little box around what it thinks is moving and records a short movie that can be sent to me over the internet or cellphone. (The software is aptly named motion) Keep in mind that my office is in the middle of a 200 foot long building surrounded by three other buildings and there are no other cars in the parking lot at the time.
Watch the attached video and tell me what this guy is going to do until he spots the camera! The first third is normal speed and the rest is slow and super-slow-mo.
Another note: there are at least 20 places with public restrooms within a half mile.
PS - Are all Hyundai Santa Fe owners this weird?
PPS - Who pisses on the ground with open toed sandals on?
He was going to do pee of course!! He was unlooking his zipper as soon as he looked at camera.
