This is unnacceptable, I think that there would be alot less racism and prejudice if there were harsher laws against racism and bigotry and hate groups, this country was founded on White Supremacy, and that's why the people in charge of this country are evil and corrupt and dont try to eliminate hatred and racism

How about some specifics? Did 2 guys attack 1 guy specifically because he was Hispanic, or was there a fight involving several people in which 1 just happened to get killed? What started it ? Who was attacked first and might have had the right to defend himself? This report gives no info regarding the cause of the fight. If a black guy comes at an Asian guy with a bat, and the Asian guy says, "stay back n!&&#%," before being forced to hit him with a 2X4, is that a hate crime?

Having lived in this area for many years I have to say its a terrible place to live, and theres plenty of racist scumbag kids like the ones in this video everywhere
