the Fonz came to london in the 70`s and stayed at a hotel where I worked at.He checked in using an alias ( Henry Winklebottom or something ) but we all knew it was Fonzie. For a laugh I asked him where richie cunningham was and he fixed me with a face like thunder and demanded the manager. Ahhhh happy days.....

The mystery singer on lead vocals for the "Happy Days" theme is Hollywood session singer Ron Hicklin. Hicklin is well known to fans of "The Partridge Family" as one of the professional studio voices who sang background vocals on their records.

Actually "Happy Days" did do other episode of race. I remember a episode were Richie needed a drummer for his band, because he was having a party at his house, and Fonzie knew a black guy that played the drums, but everyone refused to go to Richie's party even though Fonzie ordered them because a black guy would be there.

Then it was a episode were Howard's best friend who was black was getting married, and they had the wedding at the Cunningham, and the neighbors were upset.
