  • yeah how much was the feathered barrel?

    i cant find one

    m1911 is a amazing gun

  • I'm in Cebu City Philippines where you can find some best gunsmiths in Asia.

I just bought brand new Colt barrel and had it fitted to my M1911A1.

  • do you have a feathered barrel?

cause normal 1911 .45's dont chamber hollowpoints well

  • yes sir you're correct, the original barrel can't chamber a hollowpooint well. In this case i'm using a colt throated-feathered barrel for my hollowpoints.

  • That gun had 30% bullet exposed, I do not need you comment.

    A 38 S&W works

  • @jglee1236 It's fast on Ruger, too. There are a few nice Ruger field-stripping demos here on youtube.com.

  • @sherlockfury Hollow point bullets are preferred for home defense. FMJ bullets fly farther, and in tightly-housed areas, you don't want rounds cruising into several windows over and over again...

  • @stopper I'm looking to purchase an M1911 but I'm not sure where to look.. Where did you get this one? I live in Canada by the way. And how much did you get it for?

  • I don't like when the 1911 has a guide rod it doesn't give the 1911a1 it's unique difference

  • i didn't know the slide release can just pop out so easily, lol. I had to watch that like 3 times to see what happened there.

  • It's too bad the sound cut out. But regardless you take it nice and slow so it's easy to understand.

  • you handle the gat very fast..

  • i want a 1911

  • kudos on the the extended guide rod. Helped me out a lot on my accuracy. quick fix, just about 100 dollars and anyone can get one. that is if yours doesnt come with one.
