The problem is not the consoles, it's the ambition of the project. You can't expect to have the same experience on a lower end machine, specially in a game where shitloads of zombies is the selling point... I think the description of the video was spot on.
Maybe an alternate game related to the Dead Rising Universe would been better.

the wii version shouldnt have ever been made, they should have just used that resource to make a PC or PS3 port, but not a fucking wii port

To me, both the 360 version and the Wii version are both great games. Graphics wise AND gameplay wise. But the only that killed the Wii version for me were those goddamn bullet -dodging high-on-meth zombie poodles! It was like everyone in Willamette brought their damn Madonnas to the mall before the outbreak happened!
