Originally, I had the idea of freezing a bra. Then I realized it might not be so much fun sleeping outside tonight!

Joel

PS Of course, I have enabled video replies, so if you'd like to freeze something else that tickles your fancy, feel free to upload. I bet just about anything will freeze solid up in Canada right about now!

  • wow! seems SERIOUSLY cold there! pretty cool lil project u did there too!

  • Yeah, we finally got a break in the weather this weekend (SuperBowlSunday)--a few hours in the forties was long enough to get the sidewalk back. Still can't see the grass, yet. I can't wait for the Spring because as much as I like trying to learn the pole, I am really an outside person!

  • That is awesome!! lol I am glad its not that cold here

  • I've been thinking about the southwest for a long time. I really fell in love with New Mexico a few years back--although the desert nights can be quite chilly. I would really have to adjust to being a morning person to do my bike riding super early, and that wouldn't square to well with my late night music club interests, LOL!

  • We have the same thing going on my way-Brrr! I live for spring:) I don't mind the snow-it's the frigid temps and the sleet and freezing rain I could do without. I wonder how it would've been received if u had gone ahead and used a bra-or a pair of undies:)

  • Well, the frozen bra would have probably made a more interesting visual image--but my wife would have probably been pretty mad, LOL!

  • sorry it posted twice...maybe it's the spring feeling in the air that is getting to me.

  • ; ) Next time I do it I will try and video it for you. The kids love it! We just came out of 4 ½ weeks of absolutely killer cold weather -44c—48c with the wind-chill. Now finally we have a mild day 9 and the kids can go outdoors to play with out losing their fingers or toes. BTY, I was scraping ice off my INSIDE south facing corner bedroom wall on the 48 day. I had to full the furniture from the walls so ice would not build up.

  • THank goodness for brick houses. It's OK as long as you stay away from the walls. We just bunch pillows up against the wall in bed so we don't freeze--very important when you have a bald head like me! Laurie has those goofy kiddie pajamas with the footies. I made fun of her, now I wish I had a pair...
