Pretty cool! Just focus on not clipping notes off to much, and I'd add some more vibrato to the more sustained notes. Also, emphasize dynamics. Good work, though :)

@MarcoAJuarez great point! I never thought of it in that interpretation! And I agree when you say the phrases are clipped, it should have a very lyrical sense to it and all the notes should be linked. Intonation isn't bad though and the expression is there, just use more :D

The intonation isn't too bad. As for tone, I can't really say because it might be your recording equipment...
Don't clip any parts of the phrases though. The Oboe first plays the solo- you can imagine that it is Scheherazade's plea. She is starting the night as a virgin and by morning, the king will have had his way with her and promptly have her executed. Imagine that the bassoon solo is now the King echoing the plea back as compassion to Scheherazade.

You have to work on your tone and tuning before attempting this solo. A lot of your notes are dropped and it sounds like you're closing your throat.
