An alternative and optional way to save money and wax whatever body part you desire!

Ingredients:
*2 cups sugar (white, brown, dark brown, light brown or raw)
*1/4 cup lemon juice
*1/4 cup water

1. Stir ingredients in a pot and put on medium heat
2. When mixture begins to boil turn heat down to low and let simmer
3. Stir mixture when it bubbles up and check temperature from time to time
4. When using brown sugar mixture should be 260 degrees fahrenheit to be used as wax
(If using white sugar, mixture should be 240 degrees fahrenheit)
5. When mixture is done, set aside to let cool and put in a glass container or a microwave safe bowl/container

Optional:
You can take the mixture and put in a wax warmer (Gigi or other brand) and put it on a low setting. That way you don't have to keep reheating the mixture.

  • @pofy100 I've only used brown sugar, but I guess you can use anything except for powdered.

  • @MyFavZumba I've never done it, so be careful. I just took the wax that I showed in my jar, heated it up in a bowl with boiled water and let it sit there for about 10 minutes. Once the wax was warm enough I transferred it to a wax warmer container (le petite brand from sally's beauty supply). I use my wax that way instead of a jar. The warmer from is sally's is $20. Hope this helped :)

  • @LordHelLQ8 Did you let it cool before you put it on your skin? Come on, common sense...

  • @bseddiqi1 yes or else it will burn
