Onsite amenities include pool, BBQ area, lobby computers w/ internet access, and steps to the beach. Generally, these units are offered for cash only, but some bank owned units may offer financing with 25% or more cash down. Monthly maintenance fees are $650.00 and include electric, basic cable, trash removal, water, exterior maintenance and care, landscape, and exterior insurance. Owners may expect to pay for real property taxes, phone services, interior insurance (contents, liability, etc) in addition to the monthly maintenance fees.
