  • Call me out on this if I am wrong. Isn't his form for these exercises completely wrong? I just think that his elbows are moving too much.

  • @destroyall94 Well you're not wrong per se but let me explain. The goal for this superset is volume/time. Mike is trying to get the maximum amount of bloodflow in his arms in the least amount of time. Form is not the primary focus here.

    Mike is not bodybuilding here or even training for strength. Bloodflow sets like this are very good for (a)rehabbing arms and

    (b)training your mind to push through the pain and increase your endurance.

  • The movie should say "Michael Todd's WARMUP training."

  • @MrSaskTube Hey Smash. I went down to visit Dusty for the holidays. Mike lives very close and I trained with him for the whole week I was there. It was awesome.

  • Is he training for bodybuilding or arm wrestling? The master John Brzenk trains with weights very lightly if at all. He trains his arms on the arm wrestling table. Michael Todd is much stronger than John in the gym but loses to him on the table. Strength is not Michaels limiting factor its his technique. Just my opinion.

  • Todd needs to get that elbow surgery on his right. Arm wrestling isn't going to blow up any time soon. Now is the time.

  • @InTheHookJohn : for your rehab do decline 45 degree angle french presses wit h dumbbells,and and pronation and supination curls in one rep.
