Elvis Presley Blue Moon
Written by Richard Rodgers and Lorenz Hart. Elvis recorded it at Sun Records on July 6, 1954. The drummer was Buddy Cunningham. Elviss 1956 single release of Blue Moon had a 17-week stay on Billboards Top 100 chart peaking at #55. It was the A-side to Just Because. It is available on Elvis Presley, The Complete Sun Sessions, and The King of Rock n Roll-The Complete 50s Masters, which is where this version is from.
