Dramatic video of police rescuing a man after he threatened to commit suicide by jumping off a tall residential building in eastern China, was broadcast by state broadcaster China Central TV. According to CCTV, China's regimental police and fire fighters rushed to the site in Ningbo City on Friday to start the rescue operation which was stopped several times when the man threatened to jump. The final successful rescue operation took place when one policeman distracted the man by speaking to him through a loudspeaker while others climbed up to the roof. According to police preliminary investigations, the unidentified man had been trying to commit suicide due to family conflicts.

in america they arrest you for trying to commit suicide. not because they want to help you, they need the fine money for their new military equipment.

Even if you really wanted to kill yourself, it's really hard to make yourself do it.

Many people who are saved rethink about their lives and never attempted again. Everyone of us might be at that stage, isn't it nice that someone brings you back and reminds you life still holds a lot of hope? :)
