The Joint Budget Conference Committee recessed after the Democratic majority refused further cuts to state worker pay and recommended a series of money saving proposals.

Plus, Local 1000 President Yvonne Walker challenges members to "take a stand."

And, tomorrow is the first day of continuous action planned throughout the state. Actions will continue during the next two weeks culminating in a massive "Budget Watch" rally at the Capitol on June 30 - July 1
