In this tour, the prog nation in 2009, he sounded really good. I have the same impression that he's improving again. Probably he's getting fully recovered from the time when he broke his vocal chords

I love how the audience starts to sing along and they slow drop out as he leaves their vocal range. and James is left alone at the end with an epic note.
