and why everybody buries the chips under a mountain of thermal paste? a small drop is enough. when you press the heatsink it expands and covers the chip with a thin layer. the more paste you use, the worse the heat transfer is

Water cooling is not worthy for its cost. With some good silent fans and a good airflow inside the case, you can have very good results without spending half of the money, even if you buy really good, expensive fans.

But what is the chance of if the cooling system gets broken? Or how big is the chance of a leak? Or the chance a hole in the tube? Somebody answer.
