Thanks G!
Actually, after re-listening I think I've been too critical with myself and should have continued playing/ noodling because "the mess at the end" doesn't seem that much of a mess... but when I was playing, towards the end it really sounded to me like I was messing up big time.... go figure....
Anyway, thanks for coming by G!

@hpeter59 Thanks, glad you liked it! I also recorded "Crossed & Blue, Minor Blues" which is a more complete version of this song.

Thanks Dan, this means a lot coming from you! I've gotten a lot better on it, but I'll post it when I think I reached the level where I can say "This is my best ever!"
btw: I'm also spending a lot of time with your "Help Me" lessons. Not only are the lessons helpful in terms of playing, but also in terms of "not playing" in other words supporting other people's solos and knowing when to lay back... Great Stuff!! Thanks!

Hey Dutch this is really nice playing, Is this from Steve bakers first book cos it sounds familier and i can't find the cd to check? PS i just got back a few hours ago from a wild weekend in Amsterdam, What a crazy place! it reminded me a lot of newcastle big market on a weekend but without the violence!

Hi G! Thanks for coming by! Yes this from Steve Baker's book , he only give the 1st 12 bars though and you've got to figure out the rest on your own, listening to the cd. Think I've got the whole thing down now, but I want to spend more time on tone and timing before I post again.
ps.. glad you had a good time in the Delta
