Nanowrimo Parody of Extreme's "More Than Words"

Writing my story
For nanowrimo, don't know what to do
It's not that I don't want to
Get more words, but if you only knew ... how hard this is
To write a novel in a month - it's mad!

Need more words
Is all I want to make my book seem real
Or at least finish in time. ... Before December
Cause I would like to win.

What can I do ... to squeeze out a page or two?
Need more words I really feel
To make this book I write more real.

What can I say.. why won't words come round my way?
All cliches and nothing new
What on earth am I to do?

Need more words

Now that I have tried to
sprint for words ... did not go as I planned
All I want to do is
Close my eyes
and rest my aching hands
Need some coffee
or some wine, my book it really BLOWS

Need more words
Is all I really need this month to show
That I can win Nanowrimo. I will succeed.
No matter if I'm slow

What can I do ...
