It's amazing how much better you feel when you cut down on the gluten. No bloated feelings, no more late night stomach issues or constipation. It's hard to cut it out completely and I don't beat myself up over it as I don't have coeliac disease, but I pity all those people stuffing their faces with bread every day, not having the first idea how it's affecting their body.
I also feel for the people living in all the random nothing towns of the UK/US who don't have the easy gluten free options.

From my experience living on gluten free diet is hard for young people, and nobody cares about that. If you are on gluten free diet you are not allowed to grab anything you fancy, you must check the labels, ask the restaurant manager about how they prepare food, plan your meals in advance, expalins others why you are different etc. I was exposed on gluten, becuse I from poor family, not becuse i love wheat. I am studing the subject and loking for others cures then striclty gluten free diet.

Is it any other cure from gluten free diet. Look around, eating out on gluten free diet is hardly possible. I dont like white bread anyway so it is not problem for me using gluten free products when I cook. But when I am busy or on the go I need eat outside, there is no gluten -free burgers or pasta anywhere. So how I can get my carbs during the lunch time.Living on gluten free diet is so hard. Please are there any other perspective for gluten sensitivity different then gluten-free diet.

I am from Italy, pasta and bread are the staples of our diet, we have a high incidence of celiac as well as gluten sensitivity. The good news for us is that it takes about 10 weeks for a patient to be diagnosed, and if found positive the government extends a monthly amount in order to support the quite expensive gluten free diet (about $160). In the USA average diagnosis takes 10 years and no support is offered by the insurance company nor the government. This is very discouraging.

Also take probiotics to build of the good stomache flora bc its been destroyed from all the antibiotic. watch out w/ things w/ flouride in them! Ive taken cipro so ive been through all of this first hand couldnt eat, joint issues stomache issues everything. still recovering but diet as i said works. look up flouroquinolone antibiotic toxicity on facebook they even have a support group.

@bachinberry You must go on an alkaline diet aka candida diet, start juicing to get more raw nutrients, use cilantro and parsley which are great detoxifing herbs, , take multiviatmins, and stop taking antibiotics especially cipro! It is a black label antibotic and have of the antibiotics of the quinolone family have been recalled due to them being so toxic they use that for people with anthrax it is a drug of last resort!

There is not a pill for Celiac/Gluten so the pharmacology industries have to keep this decease out of the public light. Any person having any of those conditions mentioned on this video should go gluten free for three weeks and see if their condition improves. I suffered for 15 years: constipation, intestinal noises, depression (suicidal), rash, mouth ulcers, tooth enamel defect, and was displaying all signs of Alzheimer’s. I am back to 100%. Just keep an eye for hidden gluten.

This guy knows his stuff. I've known about the dangers of dairy and gluten for a while now and I avoid them like the plague. Every time I eat bread I notice my acne comes back and my digestion stops. I hope this message can spread. This video and the one on dairy are worth six months of visits to a dermatologist and the drugs they make you pop like candy! People do not realize that eating pasta/gluten, is like eating a piece of paper, there's no nutrient/enzymes, which makes it undegestible
This is all true, people. My brother suffered increasingly poor health for years and thankfully became anemic, because then they finally dug deep and figured out he was celiac. By that point he was unable to absorb ANY nutrition, because his immune system had completely destroyed the villi in his small intestine. For most people, this is completely painless, so it silently, slowly and painlessly kills you. I wish it weren't true because I love bread, but I'm sorry people---it very much is.
