Snooky Cruz and Alvee Sese tests the ropes after setting up the anchors before allowing the trainees to rappel down. They do a simple Swiss Seat Rappel down the Central Bank Building.
i know how it feels to rappel on a significant height. the reason why it was quite slow was because of the length of the rope-that makes the dangling rope quite heavy-its like someone is pulling your rope when actually no one is-its just heavy. what i did was use a brake bar instead of a rescue 8 descender. gives it a smoother ride and no rope twists. it also wont burn your rope because of friction
