It was not an account problem. The iPad was running a display version of the firmware. There were many features that were visible but you could not interact with. The app on the left side was one that we had just run prior to the video and it crashed. After it crashed all apps on that page would not start. When we realized what we had done we started filming because we thought it was hilarious.
