That is in mainstream anime. There is a lot of colored people in anime you just have to watch and observe. Typically the race is nothing. The skin tone is one made neutral for Asian, mexican, and other lighter skin tones. It is to avoid racial issues which makes it harder with darker skin tones.

Dude i get what your saying about anime characters being way too skinny i mean have you seen code geass i swear all the characters on that show are like damn bulimics their all as thin as paper. I watch it all the time and i still can't wrap my head around that. seriously what is up with that.

I actually know of a lot of black anime/manga characters. I mean, it's not a shitload, but more than most people tend to think there are. (I'll list people who are tan/have dark skin)

This vid would have been more fun, if it took you less time to get to the point. I understand you want to rant and get things off your chest, but it's more fun if you post a more coherent rant. You could consider writing down whatever comes to your mind or making a rough audio first and then edit that into a script.
