Haunted - Evanescence Cover

Me, ApostlePhilip of the Ninja-RPG (not that you know who I am or what the heck a Ninja-RPG is) playing a cover of Haunted by Evanescence. I used a backing track that I made with a MIDI file... and some help from one_angry_d00d, who helped with mixing and recorded a rhythm guitar for the backing track. I got the tabs from http://www.ultimate-guitar.com .

Oh, and just in case you care... the equipment I use is: Fender HSS Strat, BOSS MT-2 Distortion Pedal, Various effects generated with GarageBand on my iMac G5, and my Fender Frontman 15G Amp.

Audio was mixed using GarageBand 3.0.4 ...

Yes, I'm playing in drop D... and yes, I have a strange way of playing the octaves and the low D in the chorus. But it works for me, so... =P

And don't worry anime fans... I think my next recording will be a J-rock song.

I usually hate listening to covers of my favorite songs because when someone does horrible it makes my ears bleed but my friend forced me to listen. You are perhaps the best guitarist I have seen on here. You are absolutly wonderful! I swear, the only thing that is missing from this is Amy's voice. You seriously have talent! This just seriously blew me away. You were flawless! 5 stars for sure!

man the cover is awesome but your using a fender?? get a gibson, Ibanez or ESP guitars it will sound so much better, but the cover was 100% perefect!
