i think he's saying not to touch EQ because it can color the sound in a way that's less than optimal or not what the composer intended, JYP took the time to properly mix/master so every instrument and vocal sounds perfect in any listening environment, adding EQ to the finished master only distorts that ideal sound he spent so much time acheiving.
