@EddyAlvaSan same here im letting my hair grow out but im trimin the ends(longest layer) once every week cuz when you go to the hairstylets and you got really bad spilt ends he/she will cut atleats 1 2 inches off and you just lost alot of hair :/ &when using a heat iron put heat protecter on it it doesnt let the hair grow out much also it causees it to shed D: rosemary oil, olive oil, coconut oil etc provides necessary nourishment to the scalp. hope this helps(:

or you can take small rubber band and tigh it lightlyt the do the fish braid and when your done just take the top one out
