  • Hello..bit late answering but I play in Dr Sleeze..with Jim Mitchell who used to be in The Jimmy riddle band with members os SAP..you can see us on you tube, the newest postings are the best, I have also put some Jimmy riddle clips on for all you SAP fans

  • great band mate!! :)

  • Saw them open for Free back and it was so foggy that all the buses were cancelled and Sam Apple Pie let us ride home in their van!!!!! Nice bunch of guys!!!!!

  • I had this album. What a great opening number Hawk. The idea of two lead guitar players was revolutionary then and influenced many a band worldwide.

  • They played at Wanstead CHS in 1971 ish. Why?

  • Why would anyone object? I saw this band here in Plymouth (U.K.) back in about 1971. I'd never heard them before they were fucking A.

This is the first time I've heard them since then and it still sounds good.

    Thanks for bunging it on.

  • OMG this brings back memories. I was Mick smith's girlfriend for 5 years from when we were 17! I used to do the light shows at some of their gigs. Where is Sam now? I think Mick moved to the States a while back. a talented band that were not really pushy enough as I thought they should have gone far.

  • @007jackdude

What's the name of your band jackdude and where do you play?

  • lo bajo.

  • Hi Jack,

I went to school in E17 with Bob Renny (think that's the correct spelling) and I'll be getting together with Chas and Dimmy, and a bunch of other old mates in 2010 for a reunion. Would love to get in touch with Bob ..how can we contact him?

    Colin Peck
