The video shows students and teachers using "Conflict Resolution and U.S. History, " an engaging way to learn history. Developed with the help of 30 prominent historians and more than 250 teachers nationwide, the teacher materials include 20 conflicts in American history from the Colonial Period through the Twentieth Century. Each case study has extensive historical background, short biographies of key historical figures, an examination of the issues and multiple perspective and an analysis of the consequences. An accompanying CD includes thousands of primary source documents, maps, images, and classroom handouts.
