I would first start off by boiling the chicken without salt. It will give off a foam on the surface of the water you'll need to skim off. Then add your salt and more foam will appear. Skim that up with a slotted spoon. Lastly, add some lemon juice and this will release the last of that chicken foam if any is left.

Autolyzed yeast is a fancy way of saying "dead yeast that have literally blown themselves apart." Not sure why you would use that as an ingredient, although in beer production autolyzed yeast is considered a bad thing.

better just to cook the food not to protest things

When you say "Filtered Water" are you referring to that water filtered by the Brita filter system, Distilled or what.?? thank you.

Buying chicken from a farmer you know is always a better option than trusting a food manufacturer whom you do NOT know. You are right the FDA does NOT protect Americans because they are in bed with them. Organic, free-range chicken at the grocery store is the best us city folk have. Don't discourage newbees, encourage them.
Autolyzed yeast is a bad thing in the production of beer because autolyzed yeast is a chemical to make the beer ferment faster and UN naturally. Autolyzed yeast will give me a headache. Autolyzed yeast is a DEADLY chemical. Don't eat it if you value your health.

Filtered water at my house means an extra filter under my kitchen sink to filter city tap water. Yes, a Brita filter is fine
