  • onks sun isä/äiti jenkki vai ooks ollu vaihtarina

  • @overlevnadsoverall olin kyllä vaihtarina mutta saksassa. isä ja äiti ihan suomalaisia, ehkä ib-lukio ja amerikkalaiset tutut autto tässä kieliasiassa :)

  • Terve! I'm learning finnish too just as all the people that commented this video & for me the biggest problem cause the double vowels actually. I never know how long am I supposed to say double "a" for example haha! Do I say it long enough?Or not..:D But guess it's a matter of time & practice. Btw. you've got a very nice & sympathic face...Did you know that? ;p

  • @moniczka8101 You will get the a vs aa thing sooner or later ! Practice makes perfect ;) And thanks for the compliment about my face ! :P

  • Would a double M be simply a prolonged mmm or a pause?

  • @me700gnomes it would be a prolonged nasal m sound. :)

  • Dude, this is so helpful, you don't even know. I'm trying to learn Finnish and I've had a really easy time with pronunciation, until I encountered double letters. I had to learn "tapaa" vs. "tappaa" the hard way :D. But now I get it. Thanks a lot.

  • @dougiewhite778 Yes, your friends are right, Finnish word order is very flexible, there are tons of synonyms and the language is overall really fun to play with.

And btw, Finnish is my first language. :)

    Cheers,

    Jonne
