Eurovision Song Contest seems to get more and more popular in Russia with every year. The fact our representative gets such a wide media coverage is quite a good indication of that. This is a fragment of Glavniy Geroy (Main Hero) show on one of the biggest and most reliable informational channels of the country - NTV. It was aired about a month prior to ESC.
The first part of the video is a report on the life of the girls and their preparations to the contest. You can find translation of it in Interviews thread. The performance in the studio (starting @ 03:00 of the vid) despite being announced as a 'general rehearsal of Eurovision' is just some nice looking staging of Song#1 routine with some screens showing bits of the video on the background, lip-synching and dancing bit being cut off totally.
