ahhh the "they tazered an innocent old man" video. When the police explain something to you and then you continue doing it they tell you what will happen if you do not comply...when you dont comply the thing they told you would happen does. As for the m26 being lethal force.....no...that is wrong it is "LESS LETHAL" or "LESS THAN LETHAL" and a damnsight better than any of the other options out there....baton, OC spray, and pain compliance (aka joint locks)

negative....the tazer doesnt have the juice to harm involuntary muscle....aka heart.

It will cause some OC propellants to burst into flame.....so you cannot tazer someone who has been pepper sprayed....and given the choice I would take a tazer to the balls rather than get sprayed again.
