To defund them? That makes no sense. If we're paying them so that they can afford the clean up, it's really us (American Tax payers and their children) who are paying for it. We should defund BP, THEN force them to pay for the cleanup out of pocket. Of course we won't, cause big business has our government in its back pocket.

@deveousdevil I don't watch FAUX news, but I did watch the original edited tapes without additional editing by the reviewer. What some of the workers said was enough evidence for me, even if they "all" supposedly called the police after. There was only one worker that did the right thing, almost everybody here is still stuck in the left right paradigm, it's an illusion, and a distraction, neither the right or the left wants to talk about this in depth /watch?v=mPh7sUvhZ3E

or you just watched wut Fox news showed you. she went over the tapes very carefully, actually examining them, which parts were edited, lied about etc, was only a few weeks ago.

c'mon Rachel... how about focusing on Haliburton's role in CAUSING the blow-out??
How about focusing on Cheney's waivers allowing no blow-out preventer (saving $500,000)
Its all too easy to blame BP... but there's MUCH MORE to this than just finger-pointing at the OBVIOUS culprit, when tthere are plenty of candidates out there who may be even MORE to blame.
Meanwhile... perhaps keep an eye on what the 'Powers that be' & what they might be doing while everyone looks the other way at the oil spill
