To "numberonepossum:" and "TheAussie..." -- admittedly in the way I am being filmed, plus not yet done being dressed, and not talking in the Dame voice.. I can see why it is a tough sell... if you check out my other videos here (just search :Scott Mason Dame Edna) then you might have a better appreciation...

Really? I remember hearing about a publicity stunt for Edna's Broadway show (now closed) involving an understudy. How puzzling. A couple of the contestants looked pretty good!

Anyway, I love the Whoopi! Of course her look is far less expensive to achieve than Edna's, I suppose.

It looks like he has fun as Edna.
