This is a bit of fun during the grading where Ross setup a tag-team for the girls and guys sparing demonstration.

Taekwondo classes are held for Adults, Teenagers and Children and teaches disclipline, self defense, sparing and all the technical activities of punching, blocking, kicking and patterns or forms. This Black Belt demonstration grading was held in December 2009 as part of a grading for colour belts going for their 1st Dan Black Belt, and other Black Belts going for their 2nd or 3rd Dan.

@TechTalker34 Yes, I know that is the advantage in Karate but with Taekwondo, because of the sporting side, grabbing legs, arms and holding is penalized. Where do you train and what level are you with your Karate?
