Ok I followed the recipe. Worked out very delicious in the end. A couple of tips though - would help if you specified the size of the cans. Also did you use oil? What heat did you use for the leek? Yes I know these are probably dumb trivial questions but I've never cooked anything in my life and if I want to impress my wife, I can't be asking her these dumb questions. But overall, thanks a lot!

Glad you liked it, the can size is about 390g. We dont have oz. measurements. I used a little olive oil when i cook leeks, or onions. Always start of with a hot pan, then turn the heat down with the leeks :) hope that helps
