  • A priest told me one time that it only applies to the Jews b/c Jesus was talking to Jews. LOL

I absolutely loved this video.Did you make it or just upload it? I've often thought the commentaries are unconvincing.Do you believe Jesus, or believe the commentary?! (Hopefully the former.) That said, the Gospel of the Hebrews could just have given its OWN interpretation or spin to the incident, rather than Jesus' verbatim reply.

  • You know the truth. You do not accept it. .."For my yoke is easy and my burden is light". ....."if the blind leadeth the blind, they both would fall into a pit". The young man quoted in scripture is you. He knew the truth and you know the truth. Yes and ..."I am guarding the fire..see how it burns.." Jesus came to wake you up from your VANITY slumber with a hachet of truth and on behalf of all man, woman and child in peril and isolation. Stop debating and start to act. God forgive us all.

  • Why was Jesus born into a family that was not wealthy, but with just enough funds to facilitate Jesus's mission...? Your personal commitment to God will be seen in your own personsl response to this, your video and the issues that it raises. Any man or woman that holds on to wealth is a sinner. There are billions of similar souls living off a dollar a day and feed thier families only one meagre meal..each day. "OUR father in heaven." Woe to you Hypocrites.

  • And there are so many more things in scripture that just don't make sense.

  • You are on the right track, I'm the same way, if something doesn't make sense to me I will not accepted, that's why we have common sense. Where can I find this gospel of the Hebrews. Thanks.

  • You aren't going to hell you are in it already.

  • You are very smart. Most ppl just don't chew their food, they just swallow. The young rich man is the perfect example of ppl who think that because they obey the law, that they are good. Its easy to follow the law, but not to follow Jesus. The rich man lived in alie.

  • but i do agree that the bible is difficult to understand. perhaps because was written so long ago and is hard for us now to grasp its meaning .especially because there are no ppl to explain it..since spirituality is rarely found in todays church. but if you seek for yourself and read texts written by spiritual ppl from any religion and country, those that have direct knowledge about what spirituality is,and you THEN read the bible .then u can understand it

  • .to me its obvious why he had to give his reaches.on the other hand this is not all about helping others but thatreaches bind your soul to earthly things.this particular young mans sin was that he could not live without those. therefore he considered wealth more important than god. but if he wouldnt then he could have any ammount of wealth and remain unaffected.the same meaning is for the family.you cant place it above god,.as long as you love god first and everything else next all is ok

  • BLESS YOU SIR FOR SEARCHING FOR TRUE TRUTH...LOVE AND BLESSINGS TO YOU....
