Lead generation. Typically the most dreaded aspect of a Real Estate agent's day, but the most necessary. Since incorporating ActiveRain into my lead generation regimen, I now enjoy, and look forward to my lead generation duties.

I am very passionate about ActiveRain myself, not only as a full time employee, but because the staff, the members, and the co-workers have literally changed my personal and business life. Where an agent, broker is strong in some areas, their blog posts in those area help everyone. When the same guy or gal wearing the "R" is a little lacking in some area of their real estate marketing needed a boost, you learn how at Active Rain. It's a cyber college.

Gotten lower that audio bed with the crowd chatter. Consider AR as like an attorney on retainer where you can pick up phone, email and you know what direction to go or not. With over 200,000 members, that is one huge brain trust, think tank! We learn together.

I can't say enough about how great ActiveRain is. I absolutely love it as a professional Realtor on the Emerald Coast of Florida, and as a great fan of informative articles/posts/blogs by Agents from all over. I admit to being quite inspired on topics to discuss in my personal blog, but also to being fully reminded of what's important in the Real Estate Community from both the professional perspective AND from the perspective of Buyers and Owner/Sellers.
