Why is there so much traffic on a road impacted by such a severe storm? A mile off and that twister would be ON the road. You can't drive in that.
Oh, and it's an EF4, not an F4.

I remember this tornado, horrible. we left right before it hit picher.

I live in neosho missouri and the F4 tornado hit just north of where i live. my grandparents got hit my it and nobody was hurt in my family.

Ya, I would have to say it packed winds of 190 - 200 MPH, the highest wind peak of an EF4 tornado.

This video is haunting for me. A very good friend of mine was killed in this exact tornado. It's just... ugh.

was nothing left.not even another human in sight there was only a 1 min. warning for us. we lost everything.but survived.

we lived in picher we were the first part of picher to get hit when the sirens went off it was to late it was allready coming over th e largets chat pile two blocks away we ran across the street to a celler an got in it went right over us ripping the celler door open,we seen the in side of the tornado and there was no sound at all only pressure in your ear in the middle of the tornado then as the eye passed it grew loud agin and violently shook your whole body.when we emerged 3 mins. later there

The tornadoe hit us to fast they didnt have time to sound them it happend so fast ..Im terrified of storms now it was scary cause i spending the night with my friend and her house was destroyed by this tornadoe

Will the tornado that was in picher was an F4 some say that it might have been an F5 in some areas. I live here look it up on the computer the diff from F3 to F4 then tell me it was an F3 ok

well, according to the NWS damage survey team it was an F4, but the tornado looked to reach its maximum intensity east of Picher, but that is by appearence only and not by damage, which is really the only thing they can use to judge tornado strength...
